I will be honest, on my motorbike I use the trail - 9. But for everything else I use this.
This is my backpack for family activities where I have to carry all my wife's stuff. It is for carrying my kids gear to and from school on the scooter.
This bag has an extremely heavy-duty zip which opens up the main compartment. Within is a large area for throwing stuff in. The backpack also has a little pocket on the back for quick access items.

When you think of a "normal sized' backpack for every day use, then this is it. Sizes above this are specifically for people knowing they need to carry tents, cooking equipment and half a house around on their back.
