The US 10 liter Drypack, tends to be the pack that you add to an already existing lego pannier build—explained in full on the US Dry Pack page where these bags can stack and connect together.
When you find yourself needing that little bit of extra room, but not alot of extra room, then the US 10 will fit.
It can also be used as an extremely large waterproof tank bag!
