When off-roading, one of the biggest causes of flat tires is pinch flats and stem flats. Running at low PSI means the innertube moves around inside the tire. These clamps pin the innertube to the rim which stops it moving around.
They are a requirement for any off-road rider and should be installed in all offroad motorbikes
